These terms apply when you use pearlcleaningus.com or book a cleaning with Pearl Cleaning LLC ("Pearl Cleaning", "we", "us"). By booking, you agree to them.

Our services

We offer residential, deep, move in/move out, post-construction, short-term rental and commercial cleaning in the Los Angeles area. What each service includes is described on our website and confirmed when we quote your cleaning.

Requests and prices

A request sent through the website or app is not a confirmed booking. We confirm the price, date and time with you before the visit. Prices depend on the type of cleaning, the size and condition of the place and the frequency. If the place is in a very different condition from what was described, we may adjust the price with your approval before continuing.

Payment

Access and safety
